We’ll have a random drawing each month to determine which lucky dog will win next month’s pawty. To be entered in the random drawing for the monthly “Doggy Birthday Pawty”, send an email to: sales@jakespetsupply.com
In the subject line, put:
Birthday Pawty in (fill in your dog’s birthday month).
For example, if your dog’s birthday is in January, the subject line would be Birthday Pawty in January
- Tell us your dog’s name, birthday, and age (at next birthday)
- Tell us your name, phone number, and address
Please don't send multiple emails for your dog, as each dog will be entered just once. You may send one email for each dog in your home, but once a home wins a free pawty, it will not be eligible for an additional pawty.
