How long will it take to receive my order?

     Jake's delivers Monday through Friday. If we get your order before 10am Monday - Friday, we'll deliver it the same day. Otherwise, well deliver it on the next delivery day. 

Do I have to wait home to receive my delivery?

     No! Unless you are receiving frozen items, you do not need to be home for your delivery. We can accept special instructions for where the items should be left.

Who delivers my pet food & pet supplies?

   Your delivery will be made by one of Jake's trusted employees who has been screened using a recognized background verification method.

Does Jake's deliver frozen & refrigerated food?

     Jake's delivers frozen & refrigerated food, frozen goat's milk, frozen treats, and frozen yogurt. Anything in our freezers can get delivered to yours

Do you deliver Fromm, NutriSource, Acana & Orijen?

    Yes, we deliver Fromm, NutriSource, Acana & Orijen.

Do you deliver items that are not listed on your site?

    Jake's will deliver any item from our store to your door! Please call us to place your order for any items you don't see on our site (561-641-8666). We often deliver cat furniture, training crates, gates, pet gazebos, and other items that might not fit in your car. 

Will your driver assemble items at my home?

   We will be glad to assemble delivered items as long as arrangements are made in advance.

Can I schedule my delivery for a certain time?

     We cannot schedule specific delivery times, but we can give you an approximate ETA on the morning of your delivery.

Will I receive "loyalty points" for pet foods that are delivered?

     As long as you set up your "loyalty account" in-store, we can add to your account when you place orders. Be sure to mention your account when placing your order by phone, or mention it in the Notes section of your online order.
