Your satisfaction and your pet's happiness are important to us!

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the original packaging with the original barcode. Otherwise, a store credit will be issued that can be used at any Jake's Pet Supply location.

For in-store purchases:

If you need to return your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can note the return on your account.

For delivery orders:

If you need to return or exchange a delivery order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can note the return or exchange on your account.

Drivers cannot accept returned merchandise unless arrangements have been made with us in advance.

Exchanges of apparel items must be made in person at one of our store locations.

Delivery fees for purchases under $35 are non-refundable.
